God is still looking for youth He can use for His glory- Cleric

Christian youths have been urged to leave above reproach (sin) in order for them to be usable by God for His purpose.



Pastor E.O Falodun of Christ Salvation Victory Mission Int'l, Orile Iganmu, Lagos stated this while delivering a lecture on the theme "Living Above Reproach" at this year's edition of the annual Youth With A Purpose (YWAP) conference, organised by the youth department of Christ Apostolic Church, Lagos Districts Coordinator Council (LDCC) held last Saturday.



He noted that God is still looking for youths he can use for His glory.



Pastor Falodun said that every Christian youths must treasure the rare opportunity to be in the company of the saints.



According to him, youths must endeavor to find out God's purpose for their lives and prayerfully work hard to fulfill it.



The Cleric noted that one of the requirement to fulfill your destiny in God is to live above reproach, adding that God’s purpose for your life will only be fulfilled when you measure up to his standard of expectation.



"It is a great privilege to know Christ from youth. It gives you the opportunity to learn and understand scripture early, enjoy the blessing of fellowship with God's people of different age group, exposes you to practical Christ living, allows you to participate, get involved and growing through the body, home and sharpen your skills, gifts and talents. It also helps to avoid many destructive trap of the devil set before the youth, gives the privilege of making the right choice in life and you will enjoy divine direction for your," he stated.


He said every child of God is expected to take after the image of Christ, emphasising that we are to be his representative, ambassadors, therefore we must meet up to the required standard which are genuine repentance, sanctification, restitution where needed, holiness of life, righteousness, consecration, diligence and dedication to serve, fellowship in prayer, student of the word and exemplary life.
