The Regional Superintendent of
Christ Apostolic Church, Odubanjo Region Pastor S.O. Akinsulure was among
prominent personalities that witnessed the 22nd anniversary of CAC
Oke-Igan English Assembly, Akure Ondo state.
The theme of the anniversary
which was held on Sunday September 16, 2018 was “God of New Beginning.”

While delivery his Goodwill
message, Pastor Akinsulure said God is always interested in beginning a new thing
in the life of His people.
He said it grieved the heart of
God when he saw the level of wickedness in the hearts of men He created in
Genesis chapter 6, verse 5-7.
“He took a decision to wipe out
the entire world leaving Noah to start another generation after He must have
wiped out the corrupt generation of that time. The coming of our Saviour is
another example. Having tried the Leaders, Judges, Prophets and Kings, God
discovered that His creatures are yet to understand Him and His work. Go and
read all the Gospels announcing the birth and ministry of Jesus Christ.”
“God came down in the form of a
human being with a divine nature. God started a new beginning in the life of
men through Jesus Christ. In the book of John Chapter 3, Verse 1-6, you will fully
understand the reason why God sent Jesus Christ to this earth to start a “new beginning”
in the life of His people. This was further expatiated by the works of his
disciples and the Epistles of Apostle Paul,” he explained.
The Assembly Pastor of CAC
Oke-Igan English Assembly, Pastor Yomi Akinnola appreciated God Almighty for
making the day a reality.

also to thank “Mama Regional,” the wife of our Regional Superintendent; Mrs.
V.F. Akinsulure for her great effort in administering all ministers’ wives
which by extension have made the works of all ministers easier and smooth. The Assembly
is 22years old now,” he noted.

Committee, Elder Tomola Marshal Obamuyi while delivery his address appreciated
Pastor Akinsulure for his support at all times for the assembly.
