The President of Christ Apostolic
Church Worldwide, Pastor Abraham O. Akinosun has stated that the unity of the
church is non-negotiable and there are still not averse to ensuring an end to
the crisis that engulfed the mission.
He said the peace voyage embarked
upon by the authority of the church begun in high gear and has covered
commendable mileage.
Pastor Akinosun noted this today
Thursday September 20, 2018 while delivering his address at the ongoing 2018
Pastors’ Conference, Ikeji 1.
“Recall God directed us to hold
three sessions of unity prayers together before holding meetings to consolidate
the process. The first prayer meeting was held at CAC Irefin, the second was at
CAC Ita Baale, Olugbode, Ibadan and the last one was at Babalola International
Miracle Camp, Ikeji-Arakeji on 26th January, 2018. At the conclusion
of these prayer sessions, several meetings were held. At the conclusion of
these prayer sessions, several meetings were held.”
“There were few hiccups and
hitches but they were not strong enough to our collective desire for peace. We
engaged in series of meetings to enable us put an end to the crises that
engulfed our fold.”
“However, the meetings are still
on-going and we are already arriving at a concurrence on issues gradually.
Peace is a process and we are determined to ensure we achieve total unification
in the end. We have the same theme for our Pastors’ Conference this year; “The
Next Move of God.”
“This process is also visible as
we use the same Sunday Scholl pamphlet and the Good Women conferences wer held
together at Babalola International Miracle Camp, Ikeji-Arakeji. This we pray
shall continue until we achieve a total fusion and unification. ”
